What is Adlerian Psychology?
Adlerian Psychology is an evidence-based approach successfully used to treat individuals experiencing mental illness. Alfred Adler, a colleague of Sigmund Freud, believed that one's mental health is derived from their ability to cooperate, collaborate, and contribute to their community.
Adler's work encompasses Inferioriority, Superiority, Compensation, Early Recollections, Lifestyle, Psychological and Social Encouragement, Family Constellation and Birth Order, Safeguarding Behavior, Child and Adolescent Psychology, Leadership and Organizational Psychology, and many other areas key to today's applications of leadership, counseling, and therapy.

Being a full-time student, working full-time, and being a full-time father is tough. But the people here supported me above and beyond any expectations.
